The best way to maintain a composition, tile, or shake roof is to keep debris off the roof with a blower. When moss is built up, we agitate it with a brush and blow it before we treat it with zinc sulphate. The moss that is remaining on the roof will change color and die within 3 to 4 weeks. The dead moss should slowly wash away with the rain. Zinc sulphate is a dry chemical and wont harm your landscaping or roof. |
